1. Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services within selected areas of the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and our delivery coverage.

Customers can confirm delivery availability by entering their delivery address during checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered according to the delivery slot selected by the customer at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Product availability

  • Public holidays or special occasions

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected time slot, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

3. Delivery Charges

5. Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, chilled products, and other perishable goods are handled with appropriate care during preparation and delivery.

Customers are requested to inspect perishable products promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is a quality, freshness, or damage issue.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

FKF Fresh Mart will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Customer being unavailable at the delivery location

  • Restricted access to the delivery location

  • Inability to contact the customer

7. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable when the delivery driver arrives, the driver may attempt to contact the customer using the provided phone number.

Additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply if a new delivery attempt is required.

8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, customers should contact FKF Fresh Mart customer support as soon as possible after receiving the order.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, FKF Fresh Mart may offer:

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund for the affected item

9. Order Changes & Cancellation

Customers may request changes or cancellation of an order before it has been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delivery Delays

FKF Fresh Mart is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic congestion, public emergencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delivery delays.

11. Delivery Confirmation

The order may be considered delivered when it is handed to the customer, an authorized person at the delivery address, or left at an agreed safe location.

Customers should ensure that delivered products are received and stored appropriately, particularly temperature-sensitive and perishable products.
